Mrace8 Terms & Conditions – Rights and Responsibilities You as a Malaysian Platform User

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mrace8 website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mrace8 as the platform operator.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms:

• Spam & Harassment: Sending unsolicited messages, harassing other users, or spreading false information about mrace8
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account at the same time

Violating any of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and legal action where criminal activity is involved.

Mrace8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Suspicious activity or potential fraud has been detected on the account
• Instructions from a valid legal authority

Account Closure at User's Request:

You may request to close your mrace8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible credit balances. Any remaining credit in an account closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal within 7 business days.

• Financial losses incurred as a result of the user's betting or gaming decisions
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in securing your login credentials
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to technical issues on the part of third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators
• Data loss due to hardware failure, software issues, or network disruptions on the user's end

Mrace8's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
